Delivery Methods

Depending on the destination country and the parcel dimensions, our manager will offer the most optimal shipping option.

The shipping cost is fully paid by the customer (100%) before dispatch.
In most cases, delivery within Europe and the USA takes 7–14 days.
We do our best to help customers avoid additional customs duties; however, if any customs fees or taxes apply, they are paid by the customer.
Please note that we have no control over customs clearance times and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

We deliver within Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer according to the company’s rates.
Self-pickup from our production facility in Kyiv is also available (free of charge).

Standard products of proper quality may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided there are no signs of use.
All shipping costs and any additional expenses related to the return are covered by the customer.
Products of proper quality that are custom-made, as well as items in non-standard colors or sizes, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products with defects or quality issues may be replaced, repaired, or partially refunded, subject to mutual agreement between the customer and the seller.

50% Prepayment: You can choose to pay 50% of the total amount upfront. Once we receive your initial payment, we will begin production of the props and send you pictures for your approval. After your approval, you can pay the remaining 50% plus delivery charges. We will ship the props once we receive the full payment.
100% Prepayment: Alternatively, you can opt to pay the full amount (100%) upfront.
Invoice Generation: After you place your order, we will calculate the delivery and production time and send the invoice to you.
