The difference between these straps and our standard straps is that the outer lining is made of velvet, not cotton fabric. Velvet has a number of advantages, but there is also a downside – it has less grip and can be more slippery than cotton fabric. But this does not stop many artists and, on the contrary, velvet straps are very popular in Europe and the USA.

Velvet is a delicate fabric, and if it is used frequently for training, it may quickly wear out and lose its appearance. Therefore, we do not provide a warranty for the upholstery itself, but we do guarantee that the loops will not tear under normal use.
For training, we recommend choosing cotton straps, while for performances, velvet straps are a great option. A 15% discount applies to the second pair.

For comfortable work on straps, several conditions are necessary:

Technology:
The durable, wear-resistant nylon tape is sheathed with 100% velvet. Thanks to this technology, the straps are reliable and comfortable. They are quite soft and do not cut the skin.

Personalization:
- You can choose the color of the strap sheathing: black, red (burgundy), blue, purple, green or other (please specify).
- Straps length: available in lengths from 1.5 m (59.1 in) to 10 m (393.7 in).
- The standard loop for the arm is 14 cm (5.5 in). If you plan to put your foot through the arm loop, we recommend a loop length of 20 - 22 cm (7.9 - 8.7 in). For a loop over 16 cm (6.3 in), we recommend purchasing additional keepers (tighteners).
- The thickness of the straps: 3.5 mm (0.14 in). It affects the feel in the hand. To thicken the nylon ribbon, a cotton ribbon is sewn on one side, followed by a cotton fabric lining.
Materials:
All materials are purchased directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to achieve the best price and quality. It is extremely important to use nylon (polyamide) for the main tape, since some manufacturers may use polypropylene tape. Good-quality nylon is soft and pleasant, but at the same time keeps its shape and does not stretch. In addition, it is resistant to moisture. Polypropylene, by contrast, stretches and is vulnerable to jerks and breakage. Poor-quality nylon is hard and feels like a plastic strap.
Rigging set for straps:
For full and comfortable work on aerial straps, a special rigging set is required, which consists of three swivels (rotation machines) and a steel triangle.
