How to determine the inner diameter of an aerial hoop?
The universal size is considered to be 95 cm (inner diameter).
If your height is:
- below average — a 90 cm hoop is recommended;
- above average — a 100 cm inner diameter is more suitable.
It is generally accepted that the inner diameter of the hoop should correspond to the distance from the foot pulled toward you to the groin crease of the straightened leg.
